More in the right direction. I'm walking much more and resisting snacking in the morning.

Not sure why this is showing a gain but I decided to restart from my new high weight a couple of weeks ago rather than my old starting weight. Anyhow still the same.

Weigh-in: 132.8 lb

lost so far: 2.6 lb

still to go: 0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

The right direction and I'm hopeful that it'll stay that direction. I'm getting more in the habit of tracking my food as I go and not skipping a day even if I've been bad. One bad day doesn't have to be a bad week.
