Weighing myself the morning after a gin festival with lots of gin drunk and bad food choices. I'm not surprised I'm back up again.
On track for most of this week though.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
