Foot is sore to the touch today. I really wanted to go to the gym, especially after all I ate today. I weigh in tomorrow. If I had any success this week, I may have blown it today. We will just have to wait and see.

Big improvement today with exercise. I got to the gym early so I walked a mile and then took my class. We are making progress. It is just slow, but at least it's progress.
I also did better with my food intake. I avoided the candy at school which was huge progress. I caught myself reaching for the tub of candy on several occasions without even thinking about it, but I overrode temptation.

BAD food day. Did okay with lunch which was my goal, but with class tonight, it was just too easy to grab something. Tomorrow will be better. I am watching the end of the Biggest Loser. Their efforts are so inspirational. If they can make such massive accomplishments, I have no excuses for meeting my own goals. Group Power again tomorrow! Tomorrow will be much better than today.

Yea!!!! I went to the gym and took my Group Power Class. I almost didn't go because my heel was sore to the touch today after monitoring testing all morning. However, I tried it and I did alot of stretching throughout the class and it actually felt better after I finished. The true test will be how it feels in the morning. Hopefully it won't tighten up. I did ice it down as a preventative. If I do okay with this, I will take the class again on Wednesday and Saturday. I told Dana not to count on me for the launch of the new music, but if I continue to do alright, I hope to take back over the teaching of my class on May 5. I hope I can!!!
Now I just need to be more aware of what I am eating and not give in to temptation. Eating school lunches is also going to have to be a no no. It is just too high in calories. I think it will be soup for me tomorrow. Either that or a sandwich.

No change in weight this week. I am not surprised. I have given into temptation. It is so easy to do being back at work. My goals for this new week are no soft drinks and no candy from the kids candy jars. This just adds too many calories with no health benefit.
