Alright, the first official week of spike day is complete and I weighed in 167.2 which is a loss of .4lbs. Do not let that number deceive you at all though, that's what I was aiming for. As far as I'm concerned I am at a very good weight, I believe any weight gone from here too quickly will be muscle mass. However, with the body fat% going down slightly this week as well I can safely assume that I put on a slight amount of muscle (probably around .4%) so factor that in and the diet is even that more efficient. I would like to type more, but today is spike day and I have donuts to eat :)

Got an early workout day today.. Shoulders and triceps for about an hour.. Workout was amazing and I feel refreshed.. Hit the precor for 30 minutes afterwards and have a pickup full court ball game in a couple hours which will last a couple hours :) Gonna be one hell of a day!
Currently at the same weight as last week. Tomorrow will come my net weight loss for the first week of spike diet.

Weight today @ 167.8.. == Body Fat% 9.8%
I am already .2 lbs away from my original pre-spike weight w/3 full days before I spike again. Losing weight at an incredible rate while still maintaining full muscle throughout exercise. Appetite control has been amazing Monday, Tuesday, and so far today. Workout was great on Monday, not so great on tuesday (mostly because my workout buddy was late which messed up my flow)
If weight continues to drop like this I am going to up my daily caloric intake 300 calories per day & maintain exercise routine.
