Day 1 of 20 G Net Carbs for 4 Weeks Challenge! I am super excited!!! Wooo Hooo Protein Raiders! I prepared some of my meals for the week...ya know quick grabs...or something quickly to put together for work...I did however leave the house without something :( However all is good...i planned for that too when i forget LOL...I have my lunch and snacks so I am good...and of course some extra incase i get bored or need to switch up...thank goodness for my empty drawer that is now stocked with food :) I also got to put the workout in...and i just didn't feel like getting out of bed this morning...so tonight when i get home...i will get the kids all squared away with their dinner and homework and baths and of course mommy and kid time...and then i will put the workout in. Stay focused Protein Raiders!!!!

It has been a very rough week for me...friendships lost...relationship lost...everything just seems downhill...i don't talk out loud about what i am feeling...i have a headache about it...actually when words start coming out of my mouth...i instantly have moved the headache into a migraine...So i have decided that i need sometime away from people...i need to regroup so i don't spill words out of my mouth out of anger...the one thing i hate in life is fighting...and i refuse to do it...Right now i just need some peace and quiet so that i can calm down and maybe then we will talk about it. But on a positive note...as said previous I did go to the grocery store...i got all my healthy items...and today i am gonna make up some recipes to prepare for my lunches and also some meals for the week. I am soooo excited to cook...call me crazy...and actually it becomes very soothing to me...so it will help me while i think n think n think. I have also kept focus on working out...today a rest day :)..i will not make excuses...i will not let life detour me off this...i am in a good spot...mentally and physically knowing that healthy eating and excercising needs to stay apart of my life...for the most part i eat very well...I am not a junkfood person...just a carbaholic :)...I had totally dropped working out and i have missed it and i don't want to lose that again. I am focused on me...to be a better me...move forward and onward.
