Happy New Year! 2010 is here...and I am feeling excited. Today is day 3 for me for staying on track with excercising. I don't know what finally clicked again in this brain of mine...but I woke up these past 3 days...with the feeling of...I can not wait to workout! And that I must say just makes me happy. I had lost that feeling for a long time...and i am thrilled to have it back!

2010 is tomorrow...where does the time go? I have been doing a lot of thinking over the past 6 weeks...I had surgery - and basically that is all i could do...think, think, think. My goal for 2010...is to wipe the slate clean! What i mean about that...is I say I am gonna excercise...and boom "life" happens...and somehow I let that take over and forget that the most important thing is ME...If I don't take care of me how do I take care of others???
This year for Christmas my boys were given WII...and as a bonus for all my good deeds I also got WII fit plus. I did a 30 minute routine yesterday and it was awesome! Just what I need to slowly get back into the swing of things...Nothing fancy, nothing hard...just at the right place to put my body back into the swing of things.
I was just cleared from my doctor this morning that I may resume "normal" activity...but still be cautious. So what that being said...off to workout!

When life gets in the way...pick yourself back up! Fell off the band wagon. Refocusing on what i want to achieve...I want a toner body...My eating is very well...its that motivation to equip excercise again...Why is it so hard to start it again...I mean i know what i can achieve...Know how great it feels. Just need to knock the sh!t off and just do it. I THINK I CAN, I THINK I CAN :)
So he is a new start to incorporating excercise back in:
1. 6x a week
2. 30 mins per day - mixing it up w/ yoga,cardio,strength
3. Treadmill - 30 mins per day
Now hitting the print button and posting this on my fridge.
