I used to bodybuild, then I fell away from it got to focussed on other things. Well I am back and now 6 pounds away from being as shredded as I ever was. Been tracking for more than a year now, tracking works.

What is your definition of crazy, assume how do you gain muscle fast.
It does not really happen unless you are a newbie, but absolutely guarantee that to do gain maximum muscle and to see it, because who cares if you are gaining but just getting fat as well is only two things:

1. Lift progressively heavier weights for more reps, same as you do for fatsecret track everything. 5 to 6 days per week if you can.

2. Eat a higher protein diet, eat at slighlty above baseline like 300 calories and watch yourself grow.

3. This tip will not really allow you to grow muscle faster but will allow you to see your gains quicker which is extremely motivating. Try and get lean first then when you get to a bodyfat that you are happy with, then eat slightly above baseline.

Let me know if you have any other questions. In 6 months you should see dramatic dramatic results, in 1 year if you do it properly people will think you are on steroids, this happened to me and I was skinny once too.
