I have lost alot of weight in the last couple of days because I haven't been able to eat much - I am going through a huge transition in my life, and I am not handling it well. I was told by my partner that he no longer felt like his heart was in this relationship, and that he wasn't sure if he wanted to be with me anymore. He went through a very messy divorce prior to being with me, and he never healed from that experience. He needs time to sort himself and his feelings out.
To say that my heart is broken is an understatement. I knew things had been not so good for awhile, to the point where I had stashed away some money for a potential move. Never did I expect that it would be like this. He is returning to church and trying to work through his issues, and I am left drifting in the wind. I told him I would give him time to work himself out, but that it wasn't open ended. I stated that I would probably look to move out sometime in January or February. Now I am just barely scraping by, trying to make it through until Dec 22, when I leave for Xmas at my sister's place in Florida.
For now, I am completely off any diet, and am only eating what I can stomach. IT hasn't been too carb-rich - I'm finding that roasted veggies don't turn my stomach, as does turkey wraps. I'm also still eating alot of almonds and apples. I know this will pass, and my focus now is on just getting as much nutrition in me as possible.
Thank you for listening to my rant - I didn't mean for it to go on so long. I guess it was time for me to acknowledge how I was feeling, and that it's going to be ok.

I had a great Thanksgiving week and thought I had gained a pound or two - glad that I lost a little :)
