Okay, I am new to this site and am hoping that it will help keep me motivated. I have had a real slow weight loss since last February through November (current) I have lost about 27 lbs. I did diet, then excercise, then I tried to do a combo of both which was the easiest way. I have been using a pedometer and forcing myself to do 10,000 steps per day in order to acheive this weight loss. I broke my pedometer recently and have ordered the same type that are being shipped. Quite frankly it is stressing me out some, but works out timing wise okay since I had surgery to remove some lipomas yesterday from my lower back area yesterday...I will try not to worry that I will gain as long as I am watching what I eat. Once I start back up I would like to try the FatSmash diet and am hoping that others have had some success on this diet. It would be nice to really lose a bit faster than it has been going for me previously. I do love beer and red wine which does not seem to go hand in hand with any diet...I will find a way to deal. Looking forward to giving it a whirl!
