Lol weighed yesterday but. I wanted to be the same weight on both my apps soooooo my weigh in day is on Sunday

I was so excited about losing weight rapidly now it has slowed down. But that's fine as long as I keep it off lol.

Couldn't wait a week to weigh in lol. Its been a challenge especially around this year but I am saying 'Hell No' to the fats and starches. I'M ON A ROLL BABY!!!

Sooooooo I've restarted my diet and I've lost 3.5bls on my first week. I couldn't believe it! I download a app called Noom Coach. Its really getting me through this and making me better understand how the body works. It counts my calories for me and also has a food log and tells me if I need to eat more veggies etc and gives me goals for the day, counts my steps & tells me when to eat. Which is awesome because I usually skip meals. This week wasn't that hard I can still eat whatever just a very small portion. 61lbs TO GO!
