Lol, I've been missing.. Dropped my phone in the toilet (don't ask). Ok so Super Bowl is here again! You know, a island full of chips and dip, potato salad, meat balls, pizza and who can ever resist 50 hot wings with ranch and blue cheese??? What's your plan? I'm a little terrified but my workout partner will be there to motivate me. It's not easy when all your friends can eat whatever and don't gain a ounce. But I'm bringing a fruit tray and she's getting a veggie tray so all is well! Lol

This week was a little difficult for me. Had a family birthday at Golden Corral on Saturday then had pizza on Sunday. I did workout both days after I ate. And prayed I wouldn't gain... Guess it worked 😄 live and you learn.

Ok, so I have been doing so well on my diet BUT I am freaking out because I crave salty fried goodness Every. Single. Day! I honestly feel like I'm going crazy. Its been 8weeks of fruits and veggies hardly any meat... I am so proud of the 15lbs lost but does my insanity matter? I am a true believer that cheat days are a necessity... But I'm afraid of the guilt I may have afterwards not to mention the meeting with the scale on Sunday... Am I alone here?
