Starting out weighing 291. I got down to 288.4 and stopped...this is my MO. Went to Great Britain and when I came back just pondered the thought about my weight still doing nothing about it. At the beginning of 2010 I just said that was it! I was going to try and get healthy and so here I go again....before all of this there was always weight and not much more about me and my life. Nola
