Quitting and Starting Over

I HATE South Beach...didn't like it the first time I did it last year and come to realize I failed on it again because I hated it again this time....

enough of that...so I have decided to try the Fat Smash Diet. I am actually enjoying the first day alot. Is it the fact that I can eat all the fruit I want maybe? Or is it because it's new to me and I want it to work?? Or the fact I'm not eating meat for 9 days....I dislike most meat and enjoy the fact I don't have to eat it..haha!

Getting Organized

Starting Week 1 (Organizing my mind)of organizing myself....things I need to do this week.

* Get seven hours of sleep each night
* Jot down a short todo list each morning
* Journal....I am on here :)
* Decrease TV Time
* Find some Quiet time/Me time
* Focus on eliminating Energy Drainers
* Take Control of my TIME!!
* Schedule a day Just For Me this month :)


Food

B: Oatmeal, Cup of 1% milk, 1/2 apple
S: 1 cup of Baby Carrots
L: 1 cup of Brown Rice, Yellow Squash, Green Pepper, Garlic
S: 6oz yogurt, Raspberries
D: Salad w/chickpeas


Exercise

None: Right Knee is killing me, icing it

Starting Over

Had to completely start Phase 1 over again today..fell hard off the wagon started NYEve with the beer and ended last night with the Chinese food of fried rice and scallion pancakes. Didn't help that my dear friend Laurie (who is going to be on the Next Food Network Star starting Feb 15th) said check these new cookies I designed out...ummmmm 12 later!!!

I'm doing ok....but really hungry right now!

Working Out:

Yesterday: 30mins on Arc trainer....so hungover
Tonight: 60mins of Zumba

Personal Goals:

Stay on track of SB for one week: Pedicure
Stay on track of SB for two weeks: Tudors Season 2
Lose 1st 5 pounds: New Music CD

Diet:

B-Egg Beaters w/peppers and canadian bacon
L-Ceasar Salad w/grilled chicken (no croutons)
D-1/2 cup of black beans, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/8 avacado, salsa
S-20 peanuts
S-ricotta cheese w/splenda and vanilla

Feeling: Determined!!!
