How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a day, so I can make extra sure I stay on track if I did gain any or am staying the same too much, but sometimes weekly it depends on my schedule, but I have a scale that tracks my previous weigh ins so it's nice to have that and shows you what you are doing.
