Lower carb ideas?
Thank you! I am trying my best! I am trying to learn how to keep some things that I like that may not be the Best for me, but not the worst, and revamp how I eat in a whole. I am just so new to this whole thing. I have always down specific diets where actually learning what is in food and how it breaks down, etc was never a thing for me, bc the diets always told me what I could and couldnt it. So now, doing it this way, I'm in a whole new ballgame and completely lost. So I am trying my best and will seek answers and advice anywhere I can get them. Thanks again!

That I barely eat 2000 calories. I am unfortunately not new to this whole diet thing. Im just NEW to this counting calories thing. ANd learning the balance and what is good and what should be good to eat over other things. Learning better choices. I have always been a very picky eater and had stuck with the same foods, and now I have decided I can't do that anymore... but as for dieting, not exactly new. I have lost alot of weight before and gained it back and lost again... I yo yo out, by doing diets. But counting is all new to me, but I feel it may be the best way because it will help to aid in a whole new lifestyle change of eating and hopefully stop the horrible habit yo-yoing...

Thank you for your advice I am definately going to go on the site. I did think that this site set hit calories as well, because when I was doing research before everything said in the 2500 range. But Like I said I find it hard to eat over 2000 calories most of the time.

Thank you for all the tips and advice! I will definately work on all of that! I'm actually not a big rice person at all! But I was told if any rice.. White rice is the best, so i figured I would eat that with my meal. Well guess I was wrong, but I am learning! And thank you for advice!

Lower carb ideas?
Hi, I am wondering if anyone could help me?! I am getting really good at eveing out my calories. Having protein, fat and carbs. I actually eat very little fat! It is the smallest percentage. Protein always manages to stay in the high 20s percential! Carbs is always the biggest! And I dont know how to avoid it!

I don't eat alot of bread, I actually eat close to none, or bagels, any of the obvious carbs! No pasta etc.

Can someone please help me and give me ideas on how to eat healthy with LOW Fat, LOW CARB and HIGH PROTEIN?

I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
