Looked aback at my week and on the days I was really tired I didn't eat enough points, I don't think. I had some days where I had 7 or 8 points left. I wasn't hungry. I was tired, however. I tried to eat all of my points today, but I have not exercised so I feel lethargic and overly full.
I am not wieghing myself everyday, but only going by my "official WW" wiegh in weight. I know from past experience that if I weigh myself I get obsessed by that number, and some days it can make me feel like I'm not "doing it right", so why bother. It's those days that I give myself permission to binge. I am trying NOT to do that this go around.
I have NO IDEA if I have lost anything. I hope so.

Did "Tantric Toning" last nite! I liked the stretching part. Was harder than I thought, though.
Made a variation on the Garden Soup Recipe. Doug liked it, and it turned out to be a 1 pointer. I thought it was good.
Walked this morning. I am sore from my stretching... how bad is that!
