vacation is throwing me off. Still eating just my point allotment, but not exercing enough / eating enough of the right things (f/v). I have been trying to drink enough water, though.

Rough day yesterday; bad financial news. It is better today, thank goodness. Yesterday I wanted to EAT EVERYTHING because I was feeling so low, but I DIDN'T. That has to count for something.
Today I ate a grilled chicken sandwich out when I wanted the fries and burger. I felt good.
I have been cooking at home. I made a lighter version of the BBQ sloppy joes I always make (used ground turkey/ extra lean gr beef)and it was a hit. DS and DH loved them!
Planned ahead for my trip the Cedar Point - Beef jerky, fruit leather, kashi bars, 100 calorie packs. I want a little "fair food" but not so much that I get derailed.

Yesterday was really hard. At first I wanted to keep eating - a continutation of yesterday. I am proud to say that I did not do it. I worked in my room in the morning and got some stuff done. But, in the afternoon I got really lethargic and I got munchie. I kept putting off getting a snack b/c I didn't want to binge (and OH HOW I COULD HAVE).
Finally I made myself a veggie egg scramble. That did fill me up a bit. I also had a few snacks.
My stomach hurt yesterday evening a lot. I am not sure why. I felt pretty miserable, though.
Today is a new day! I need to exercise and get my body moving!

So, yesterday I went out shopping / eating / for drinks with my friends. I DID plan ahead and used my "banked points" (25 of them!) This morning I MUST get back on track. This is where I have "fallen off the wagon" before: I feel guilty so therefore I eat MORE. I am writing this down to remind myself that I can go out and have a splurge every now and again as long as I get up the next day and begin again...
