hi everyone! Well I'm doing it! Tomorrow will be 1 week on Atkins induction phase. Let's hope I can be successful! However, if someone can maybe help answer the question I'm about to ask...How come I feel so bloated today with a slight barely nothing stomach ache? I haven't ate anything unusual.
Any help to explain why I feel this way will greatly be appreciated!

1 pound, heck ya! I'll take whatever I can get. It's great and encouraging to see weigh loss even by 1 pound. Give me the drive to continue.
Today I decided to splurge thou and have some treats EEK! However tomorrow I will be back at it! hard! to keep loosing :)
