Well not sure what's going on with me today. Yesterday I started back up and at it on the Atkins, after a weekend of pure indulgence overkill! I did gain back 3lbs!! YIKES!
I feel so tired today, I'm drinking the recommended amounts of water(if not, more) and hungry as if I could eat this house!!
I'm finding myself kinda getting bored of the Atkins scene also, as there isn't much I like in the foods. Not sure if this diet is cut out for me any more. I just want a diet plan that doesn't feel like a "diet" and to be able to loose weight. My self control during the week is great however, thank goodness!
Not sure what to do any more?
