Wow! Yesterday, I just let go and ate quit a bit of sweets, to include cake, chips and pizza! Not to mention the glass of cream soda! I need to really whip my behind in shape!! However I'm feeling the temptation with Easter upon us today. Chocolate is not a problem to stay away from,but it's the yummy fixings that go along with the Easter feast. I want to be able to enjoy it along with my guests!! What to do? what to do? oh my!

well after reading my received comments yesterday in regards to my induction phase on Atkins, I still for some reason can't get up to 1500 calories for the day. I entered in the foods I will eat for today, I even added more fat, but the calories are still not adding up? I don't want to go over what's recommended for my daily totals (fat/protein/carb)Not sure what to do, as this does bother me, I don't want to be doing this, just for it to come all to a halt and defeating my purpose of loosing weight.
If someone could kindly tell me or give me advise on this, would appreciate it!
P.s haven't received my Atkins "a new you" book yet, still waiting...

Well tomorrow will be 2weeks on Atkins induction phase. I'm surprised to say that I didn't loose what I thought I would have? As far as I'm concerned I followed the induction phase as best as I could, but my end result wasn't what I thought. Not sure if I should continue on induction for one more week or move on to phase 2 and see what happens then. Just feeling a little low and not feeling the need want to continue this journey. Although I desperately need to loose weight.
Another thing that I'm having trouble on with Atkins, is the fat and calorie intake #'s. All I want to know is how to average 1200 calories per day but not go over a ridiculous amount of fat? If someone knows and could kindly give me pointers , I would be so grateful!:)

Well tomorrow is my weigh in since my doctor did it last Monday. Fingers crossed that I lost something... considering yesterday was a right off and needed to give my self 1 day a week for myself to indulge in the pleasurable sweets :) Not only that, but it was my son's birthday :)
