Have added more fiber to my diet! Cooked Black Beans and brown rice for the first time instead of our traditional Louisiana Red Beans and white rice! I couldn't leave out the cornbread either, so I had a smaller portion :)
Have also included yogurt,as I have read; adding yogurt to your diet may rev up your body's fat-burning engines, speed weight loss, and trim your tummy! It doesnt taste too bad either!
