Rest days tend to be bad for me food wise, because I am used to having burned a bit to eat a little more and I am so inactive I probably eat just from being bored. Need to get better about that.

Just realized I have been entering my evaporated goat milk for my protein shakes wrong :( The label was confusing, it said 2 Tbsp per cup, 1 cup per quart, so I thought the serving size "1 cup" was for the quart when actually its for one cup of milk. Bright side is I have still been losing! I adjusted my journal for each day I had it. Just glad I figured it out before it got out of hand.

Portion control is getting much easier! Josh wanted to order Chinese so I got a chicken curry, I don't really like any of the steamed stuff so I decided to get that and only do a cup of the curry and a cup of the fried rice.
It was still close to 700 calories, which is a huge meal- can't believe I used to eat the full deal-1400 calories, for lunch. That's crazy. I'm full with no desire to have any more. It was filled with sodium so I know that will do funny things to the scale, so no weighing for a few days.

Breakfast Pizza was toppings only because I didn't want to eat it. I had to have something because I had to do my run early so I could do other stuff later and it was the only thing around the house, hopefully that doesn't throw off my daily calorie intake.

Ugggh I hate days when I can't run because its supposed to be a rest day! I really love running, it always feels like a punishment. At least it makes me treasure the 5 days a week I do run. Feels great to have finally found an exercise I enjoy. Feels like hope
