I am just so excited today! I have a 12-day challenge going, and my challengers are seeing results in just Day 4! Amazing! One just broke a record of time walking 4 miles! And the other, she has dropped her doses of insulin because her sugar levels are stabilizing! WOOHOO!!!

Did my HIIT this morning, and I am feeling pumped! This first time, I struggled. Don't get me wrong, I struggled today too. But I was able to more reps and stayed with the trainers a little more than the first! This is exciting because it just proves I am getting stronger.

Today I am feeling refreshed and good. I had a rest day yesterday on the Combat, so I am feeling less sore today than the rest of the week. But they sure did work me today, I did 30 minutes of Plyo with Combat and then 30 mins of weigh training. Tomorrow is big, too, then Sunday a rest day from both! WooHoo. Make sure you get in your rest day, muscle recovery is very important to prevent injury!
