Otot2 di tubuh kita bisa kita kelompokkan dlm 2 kategori:
1. otot2 besar spt: kelompok otot dada, kelompok otot punggung, kelompok otot paha depan dan belakang, kelompok otot pantat.
Anyway yg plg tebel sih otot pantat he he he...
2. otot2 kecil spt: otot lengan bawah, otot lengan atas yaitu biceps (di depan), triceps (dibelakang), otot bahu, otot perut, otot betis.
otot wajah juga sih dan otomatis terlatih saat kita angkat beban berat.
Nah gunanya mempelajari kelompok otot ini, adl utk mempelajari cara melatihnya, jenis gerakannya, lamanya otot recovery.
Otot besar perlu 48-72 jam utk recovery.
otot kecil perlu kurang dari 48 jam utk recovery.
Nah jadi kalau melatih otot besar yg sama, beri jeda 2-3 hari.

TUBUH kita terdiri dari: (luar ke dalam): kulit, lemak, otot, tulang, organ dalam, darah (5liter), air (cairan di dlm sel).
Nah kalau mau turun BB, yang mana yg harus kita buang???
