New Year< New Goal< New Body
Today will be Day one of working out, back to the regular work schedule and time to get in shape.
Any advice or tips to get me this motivated by 5pm? I'm usually pumped to work out when i'm at work, but as soon as the clock strikes 5pm all i wanna do is go home and veg out. I heard that 5 hour energy drink can help with that, but i get very sick and jittery from energy drinks and caffeine.
I'm looking for maybe some diet and food tips that will help me stay light on my feet throughout the day and still have energy for after work. Now that it gets dark by the time i clock out makes me just want to cuddle up in bed.
any tips and advice are gladly welcomed.
