Yoga
Thank you for the help, doyogawithme.com is great website! I'd never heard of that before but now it's on my favorites bar right beside fatsecret. So much to look at and learn there, I haven't begun to scratch the surface. I had the biggest loser yoga dvd and lost it in our last big move. I ordered another and it should actually be here today. I found one a few other dvd's that are specifically geared for larger people beginning yoga, I'll let ya know how they work out. Again, thanks so much for the help

Yoga
My goal this year is to save my life. I mean really live by improving the quality of my life in all aspects. The physical, emotional and spiritual sides of life. I don't stress over the scale, I'm looking for a much bigger goal than losing just my extra weight. That being said I began doing yoga, or at least attempting to. I really enjoy the meditative aspects of it along with the over all wellness you feel when doing it. I am having trouble finding a program for someone like me who carries a bit of weight on them. I am a large woman. I've tried doing many programs that I've purchased from stores and online, I've also tried some I've seen on the Veria network. I have to modify most of the positions though and truely can not do a great many of them. I'm hoping there is something out there for me as a large person looking to begin Yoga as part of my lifestyle. If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated, thank you.
