I changed my name to Made4more because I was made for more then this yo-yo dieting.

I'm choosing the Calorie Counting! diet because it's what I'm already doing. I haven't joined any diets on fatsecret because I have been reading two books which have been my inspiration for loosing weight "Never Say Diet" and "Crave" both are Christian based books which encourage a mind change more then a fad diet. But as I was reading "Crave" the author encouraged having a eating plan somerthing that is hard for me to do since I have two preteen kids and a husband who thinks all I have to do "be more active and get a job like he has" ugh :{ I'm a nurses aide in a hospital and he thinks my job isn't active. I burn most of my calories while I'm working. I don't want to be in a fad diet where my weight will be constantly up and down, I need to be free of this burden once and for all. My package sealer was the Bible Verse you choose it's the same one I recently added to my phone's home screen. I am excited to start my journey with you and am excited to see where God will lead us.:-D

I log my job as housework because of all the running around i do some nights it can busier then others. Tonight I started at 7p and ran for the whole first 4 hours and only sat long enough to do some charting. I dont mind the busines as long as i can keep up with it. Hopeful tfor the rest of the 12 hrs things will be a little more quiet. :)

Week two is over already. Two more weeks left. Its going to be hard with packing and Moving. Hopefully I'll be able to find 30 min in a day to exercise.
