I’m honestly not trying to lose more weight but I’m struggling to eat more then 1600 kcal most days. Often I end up closer 1400kcal. I am using my Apple Watch to track fitness and do the elliptical at-least 30min/day if I can.

I don’t deprive myself of anything, but my appetite is light. I think Covid continuing has impacted my emotions so I’m low grade depressed. I don’t eat more bc I’m a bit depressed making it hard to stabilize my weight.

I have a consult soon for a breast lift and reduction. Currently measure 30-31 under-bust and 37 bust. Hope I qualify for a public funded one.

I’m trying to stabilize my weight at 145lbs but eating to I’m full always leaves me under what 1600kcals most nights.

I bought some nice new cloths so I’m not crazy about losing more weight.

I’ve been working on weight maintenance and intuitive eating the last week or two and it’s going well. I’m eating around 1600-1800 most days and I always feel full.

Been tracking closely and not going over 1400kcal but seem to be plateaued. I’m very happy with my weight right now. 145lbs. I think I’m going to try to bring up my calories to see if I can maintain, even for a few weeks.
