I am so excited to be at 148.8. Started at 185. I didn’t think I’d ever lose the weight. I actually wasn’t meaning to lose more weight - I was going to stay at 153lbs for 6 months but more is coming off. I think my eating has so significantly changed in the last couple of months that I need to figure out how to eat more.

I’d love to be 140lbs so perhaps I’ll keep going on this last bit of weight until I get there.

I’m losing more weight with our really even trying. I feel like I’m over eating but when I calculate it all, I’m getting between 1200-1500 calories.

I’m ecstatic to see weight in the 140’s though. I’m eating moderately. No one food is completely restricted. I definitely am not crazy about sugar so that’s one thing I don’t eat much of. I let lose over Halloween and ate a lot of candy.

This Christmas I should be able to keep the weight of pretty easily. Because of CoVid 19 were not hosting or going to any Christmas parties. The only Christmas treats will be what I make. I’m sure I can moderate that.

I’m trying to maintain to reset my weight. I’m not sure if that’s a thing or not. I was 150 for several years effortlessly so I’m hoping to get there again.

If I make it past the holiday season in the 150’s I’ll try to lose the last 10lbs.
