P90X Anyone?
Lisa, if your not all that physically fit why don't you try something else thats not so intense to start with then go to the P90X
3 years ago I lost 30 pounds walking to Leslie Sansone's DVD's.
I like to walk outside when I can but living in Arizona, it is just to hot in the summer unless you get up and out at the crack of dawn...
anyway good luck to you what ever you do.

Hi
I have diabetes, and have to watch my carbs.... you should have no meore than 180 carbs spread out over the day. the rule of thumb is between 45 & 60 carbs per meal... but if you are planning for snacks
do 45 carbs per meal and 15 per snack. You just have to eat the right kind of carbs to lose weight.
