I have been faithfully eating well, drinking lots of water and working out most mornings but when I stepped on the scale this morning just for a peek, it said I was up 3 pounds! I'm not ready to post that as my new weight for the Saturday weigh in, but that's frustrating! I hate to cut back too much on my calories, but I'm considering it.

I've been so busy the last few days I haven't had time to check in too much. I can say that today I'm not feeling too hungry, which is very strange. A woman I work with told me to start each day with one apple and two large glasses of water and I think it's working. I haven't had anything else to eat today, I'm forcing myself to eat lunch, but I'm really not hungry.
Watch, the hunger pains will kick in later...

Ahhh, thanks you guys, so nice to have support. But I went to the gym bright and early this morning and I have actually lost a pound! (I hope it doesn't show up later). But I really think if you save one day a week and indulge that craving, you can still keep moving ahead.

Well I did good all day until tonight, I may make Friday's my free day. I've done the free day concept before and it's worked well for me. I ate fine all day, but by Friday night I'm so tired and don't feel like cooking at all. Had a steak taco salad which would have been fine if I hadn't of eaten all the chips and guacamole I did. I'm going to weigh myself in the morning for the challange and it'll probably show I've gained rather than lost.
I'll do better tomorrow!
