Dieting and Not Exercising?
Well i cannot run , not even 5 minutes.But now i cannot focus on that , i have my exams.These 2 weeks till i finish this year of college is gonna be only diet for me because i live in the dorm and i have no means to exercise , plus i am gonna use my time to study (hopefully).

How much can I lose in six months?
Well i have a cousin that she was striggling with her body , and the good news is the fatter you are the easier the first pounds shed .You might even lose 20 kg in those six months .
I think at first you should pick a diet who dissociated foods ( works very well-again worked for my cousin) but make sure you know what type of foods your body needs the most if you have some health issues .
For example in my case , i need many proteins and iron because i suffer of hair loss and some acne .So i can't go high on many fruits because of the sugar that triggers my insuline and makes my hair fall and because of the carbs who were here all my life.
Choose carefully .
