im at a 4 day stall! but i know it's because i stopped counting and i have been drinking lots of wine. i guess i just told myself that if this is gonna be a lifestyle i need to treat it as such. im not eating any grains so i figured i was ok. i guess my body isnt ready for that yet. i need to acutally follow the program and find my max carb number to help me stay on track.
oh i was also soooo mad when i discovered that the "butter" i was using turned out to be 53% veg oil! im gonna go to the store today and fix that. ;)
ooooo.. im also gonna get some coconut oil. i have head great things about it.

so i gained a teeeeensy bit of weight today. like half a pound. but, i blame it on the wine! haha! anyway im super sore today from the shred, and i really dont care about this small stall simply because i expected it to happen and i was ready for it and i allowed for it. this 'diet' is a lifestyle for me and i am discovering how to live my life with it.

did a 10k today! i gor sunburned and i am exhausted! ...now i have to go grocery shopping.. ugh! the bubble bath was so nice it makes me want to go straight to bed.
