Mad @ myself!
Hi everyone.. I began this journey in 2008 and hit my goal weight of 175 (lost 85 lbs)in Oct. 2010.. one year later, i find myself at 188 lbs and struggling all over again to lose this weight.. i know what to do to get it off but i am yo-yoing back and forth and i have to admit this is getting tiring!!.. I wont give up though-- i know this is a lifetime change
