God, my sister insisted on going with me on my walk so she slowed me down so incredibly much. I feel like my body is getting smaller. I'm fighting so hard o not take my measurement or step on the scale till Sunday. No calestetics today. Too tired. Hoping I didn't fuck one of my challenges.

Well, honestly, I was really scared of the calories from McDonald's, especially since they were out of unsweetened tea so I was "forced" to get sweet tea. Really happy with today's food. Hope to get exercise in. Shit I forgot to add my frape. I'll have to exercise that out of me tonight. My body is so sore! I recommend every lady get a pair of shape ups btw. You look dumb as hell, but my God you feel the burn!

Can't beleive I caved AGAIN, also had 1/3 of a Pizzolli or whatever. :/ Ughhhh, oh well. Today for sure I HAVE to buckle down.

I caved and had a small chocolate ice cream cone with sprinkles and caramel suace yesterday. I feel like a fat ass, I refuse to even put the caloric information in. Oh well, today's a new day. :/
