I'm not thrilled with my dinner. If I want to get ahead I have to push harder and be better than I have been. No more baddies this week, no red. All I want to see is green, green, green. I really wish that I could actually see what my body looks like. Everybody keeps saying "Omg, you've lost so much weight," but I still see the same lard ass that I did before. Every ow and then I feel like I catch a glimpse of me but then I just chalk that up to a distorted mirror or something. Don't get me wrong, I'm not insanely insecure, I'm border line conceited, but DAMN it gets on my nerves!

I refuse to look at my progress on any more of my challenges. I lost four pounds but they have it as I gained one. Awesome. I lost 2.5" off my waist this week and I know I should have pushed for more. I'm too competitive, so I'm really curious to see what happens next week my goal is at least 4, but I want to push for about 7. ;) I'm a sore loser, so let's hope this works.

I just went to bed yesterday. Lol. I was exhausted. I should have worn my shape ups. I'll wear them today. God I want some exercise equipment so bad. About to get up and do some housework. So much protein today! I looked up online and it said I should be getting a minimum of 70g of protein. So I'm trying really hard to get more in. Ive
known
I needed a lot more though becuase my diet is based around mostly vegetables.
