Well, honestly, I was really scared of the calories from McDonald's, especially since they were out of unsweetened tea so I was "forced" to get sweet tea. Really happy with today's food. Hope to get exercise in. Shit I forgot to add my frape. I'll have to exercise that out of me tonight. My body is so sore! I recommend every lady get a pair of shape ups btw. You look dumb as hell, but my God you feel the burn!
