Holla, I'm a 25 year old Medic/Hairstylist and find it alot easier to stick to a diet when I record it all. This site is great for that. I have great willpower and work out 2 times everyday. I don't plan on going by weight(even though it is nice to see) but by the way my clothes fit. I am going to Mexico in January and have a goal to get to by then!! Cheers everyone!!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself once every 2 weeks. I work away for 2 weeks the have 2 weeks off so I weigh myself when I get back up to work and right before I leave. I dont really go by weight though but it's nice to see. Girls can gain or loose depending on the time of the month so I like to see by how my clothes fit Smile
