I'm 53 years old, married, and trying to get back to a normal weight. I spent last year recovering from cancer (multiple myeloma), and I ended up heavier than I have ever been in my life.
I work full-time as a secretary, which means that I must plan activity and movement throughout my day because of my sedentary job. Menopause doesn't help, either.
Another challenge I face is my love of food and sweets. In times of stress (now that I'm done with treatment and side effects), I turn to sweets and salty snacks. With my busy day and workouts, I don't always have time to cook.
