Hey there! Well, I have been over-weight for as long as I can remember and I feel that now it is time for change! I tend to start out strong with my weight loss goals, but it seems that something always happens to "distract" me from them. Not this time!
I am working out with a friend of mine, which is making everything a little easier, but I know it is up to me to keep going strong. I just don't want to miss out on life. I feel like I am in my prime right now, and I want to enjoy life. Wish me luck!
