I'm a 16 year old girl and I have an addiction to Coca-Cola. Thats why I'm now owerweight. I've heard that losing weight fast isn't good because you'll just gain half of it again, but my plan is lose a bit more than I need so I if I gain weight, I don't care! Simple, I think I've lost a bit weight already, but soon I'll reach my goal! :D
This will really help on my confidence, and maybe I'll be able to dress like a girl, and nor hide myself in big ugly clothes!!! <3
