I am an attorney that sits at my desk all day. I have two awesome kids, both in college, and both active in school and sports. I am recently separated after 20 years of marriage - it was an amicable split. I played baseball and football and had fun in college, a lot of gym time, and my playing weight was about 225 for baseball and 235-240. I'm very easy going, like travel, and basically think its time to get back into shape. When I work hard at exercising, my body usually responds well, but I've just been getting out of shape the past years. I like playing basketball, but need to get in shape before going out there or I will embarrass myself.
