Active all my life, and never had to worry about my weight until I hit my late 40's; now I find that I can no longer exercize and just eat what I want. I need to establish a healthy eating habit now, as I want to ensure as my activity decreases with age etc, I can still maintain my weight - I have been fluctuating up and down around 10 lbs and would like to lose 15 and then maintain that weight. I wouldn't consider myself "overweight" at this point, but I know that it can easily add up over the next few years if I do not get it in control. I am from England originally, and my diet over there growing up was not the healthiest!
