Carb Cravers...
I am starting to realize now that I have a problem with carbohydrates. It's crazy. During the day I notice that I eat my starches in the morning and then all day long I am craving more starches. I end up caving in and cheating on the diet because I can't be satisfied with only 2 servings of starch a day.

Is there something you can reccomend?

I see in the purple book that there is a section on carb cravers, but I don't understand how some of those meals are counted only as 1 protein? Do I understand that correctly?

Helpful hints needed
A friend of mine and I started following LAWL about 1.5 weeks ago and I am extrememly irritated already. I lost 2 pounds in the fisrt week and she lost 5!!
I wonder if anyone is in the same boat?
I wonder what it is that is stopping me from losing weight as fast as some other people.

Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated!!

First Day!!
Hi Jrkatz1,

I am new to LAWL too. I started 1.5 weeks ago and I am struggling with it. You really do have to change your diet completely and except this new lifestyle. All fresh veggies, fruit and meat is the only way to go. It's definately over whelming!! But keep it up, a gf of mine is doing it with me and she has lost 5 pounds in the first week!!

Yours truly

Advice Needed...hunger pains.
Thanks sweetgirl. Very Happy
I think as well since I am so new at this; my stomach will probably shrink as well and soon it shouldn't take as much food to fill me up.
