Okay... so I splurged. I couldn't control myself. I decided that since we aren't doing anything for this weekend, besides maybe fishing... I am going to fast. I need to clean out my body... and I wish I could get a colon cleansing kit thingy, because I want to do a water fast, and cleanse my colon. I want to clean all the toxins out of my body before going back to a strict induction. I will fast Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Monday I will go back to 10C or less for at least 2 weeks. I need to get this going, and I need to get on track. I need to do this! I will put NOTHING but water in my body for 3 days!

I just wish my thigh would hurry and heal so I can get back to the walking, and I can start getting on that bike I bought. I am in too much pain, and trying so hard to push myself, but I've been pushing too hard and making it hurt worse!

I AM SO READY TO CHEAT! CHOCOLATE MILK, REESES PIECES. THATS IT! I HAVE HAD SUCH A BAD F*ING DAY! MY SON GOT INTO MY FLAXSEED AND DUMPED THE ENTIRE BAG ON THE CARPET. HE GOT INTO MY MAKEUP AND DUMPED MY FOUNDATION ALL OVER THE CARPET.. AND I CAN'T GET IT OUT. HE GOT INTO THE A&D OINTMENT AND RUBBED IT EVERYWHERE. I AM SO READY TO JUST EAT! ALL I WANT TO DO IS CALM MYSELF WITH LOTS OF STUFF I SHOULDN'T HAVE. I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BECAUSE I'VE DONE SO GOOD, AND I WILL HAVE TO START ALL OVER FROM DAY ONE, BUT THEN AGAIN, I'VE LOST 23 POUNDS, AND I HAVEN'T CHEATED SINCE I'VE STARTED INDUCTION, AND ITS DAY 10. I WANT A TREAT. AND AS SOON AS I HIT THE SEND BUTTON, I WILL BE GOING FOR THE CHOCOLATE MILK AND THE SNACKS. I WILL START OVER TOMORROW BUT IF I DON'T EAT, I WILL SCREAM AND MY SON WILL BE IN MORE TROUBLE THAN HE IS NOW, AND I CAN'T DO THIS!!!!!

Well... where to start!

I was up early, showered, ate a yummy breakfast... went grocery shopping, made a car payment, filled the gas tank, went to the pharmacy and got my new antibiotics, and took my son for a short bike ride around the block! Then I cleaned, vacuumed, and rearranged my living room... let me just tell you, I AM IN PAIN! My leg is KILLING ME!! So I am going to take a pain pill, a sleeping pill, and my antibiotics soon, and I will be out cold for a while.

For breakfast, I had a flaxseed pancake. (1/4cup Flaxseed and 2 egg whites whipped up together in my magic bullet food processor. I cooked the yolks and ate them as well. Total breakfast carbs... 1.2

For lunch, I had 6 asparagus spears with 1 cup of spinach and 1 package of thinly sliced beef lunch meat and 1 ounce of muenster cheese... Total lunch carbs... 3

For dinner, I had 1/2 cup of cucumbers and a cheddar worst. Total dinner carbs, 3.

Grand daily total... 7.2

Hello All. I went to the doctor today, and had the wick taken out of my leg, and got a shot of toridol for the pain. I went to Walmart and bought myself a bike and a bike trailer for my son to ride in, so once I am healed, I will be able to ride. I ate McDonald's food, but I only had a chicken breast with 3 strips of bacon and one slice of tomato, and a thin slice of swiss cheese, so I have had about 2 carbs so far today. When I went to the doctor, their scale said that I was 232!! YAY! Which means that the scale I bought for my house is a little off, because that one says 236. That means I can subtract 4 lbs each time I weigh myself. It was the doctors scale that I went by when I first did my weigh in... so that means I have lost a total of 23 lbs so far!!

On top of the 2 carbs I had earlier, I had a spinach salad with real bacon bits, green olives, and motz cheese, for a dressing I used real mayo, and spicy brown mustard... 4.5C

total so far, 6.5C.

ADD ON:
I had 5 sausage links and 3 eggs for dinner... 1.8C

Daily total, 8.3C
