I am a 45 year old wife and mother of 3. My husband and I own our own business which while good is also very stressful. My boys are 26 (bank manager), 24 (fiding himself), 22 (currently on the backside of his second tour in Iraq). I was always thin...then I got remarried and we have been enjoying ourselves too much! So ow comes the time in our lives whe we need to buckle down and become more fit. I am hoping for a daughter in law in the near future and then maybe a baby after???? But we will see what the kids do! So begins the journey!
