RDI seems high and getting the fat, protein, carb ratio right is hard!
Thanks for the info, having more protein and less carbs makes sense.

RDI seems high and getting the fat, protein, carb ratio right is hard!
Hi, I have an RDI of 2000 for my weight, which did decrease from 2100 after loss. My questions are......
Will this continue to decrease as my weight does? What is an average female RDI supposed to be?
Finding it hard to get my pie chart for fat, carb and protein to look right, aiming for 20% fat and protein and 60% carbs (does that sound right to everybody, I'm 46 and trying to be more activeConfused ) any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks
