A former dancer, counting calories and 'getting in a workout' was never an issue; there were always enough rehearsal hours with someone to be accountable to. It sure did give me a rather demanding perspective of what my body should like like. At 36, I still perceive the necessity to by my 19-year-old size. While a broken foot, divorce, and lack of any clue of portion control have overtaken, I at least still FEEL like my dancing-years size. Thus, move with a confidence and sashay that belies my heavier frame. Yay! In the meantime, keeping snacks in my desk and pizza parties for my teen students most certainly get in the way of my goals, as does my frequent traveling. Alas, my behind now has it's own zip code and is causing physical back and joint pains. Motivation comes in the form of tight clothing. HA! Also, rather major, is that Ive been living in Asia and am now having to work this all out with American restaurant portions, hormones, and excessively expensive "perimeter shopping."

How do I make exercising pass by faster?
"Charge" to go on a computer? Does he have dial=up or something?

Anywho, once you work out the computer thing, do you have Skype or another chatting feature? Thenyou solve the problem of working out alone also!

Has it already been addressed that the Food Diary and Fitness Tracker aren't linked? I think it'd be really great if there was one "monitor" that kept track of calories going in AND going out all in one.

I know, I know, it's just so I can sneak in a cookie. But yes, after sneaking it in, how many jumping jacks must I do to counter it?! Question

TEACHERS: Exercise Journal entry for a day in the classroom?
Question Dear Colleagues, hwo do you record your day in the classroom under the exercise journal? Certainly not as desk work? I thought about Slow Walking, would you agree?

This seems appropriate for teaching in a regular classroom lecturing/checking deskwork etc... but I also teach Drama! How do you calculate painting and rolling around on the stage at times?
