So far my eating plan is working great. I have been able to rid myself of my craving for sweets. It has been fairly easy to follow my SB plan. I can honestly say I have been following it 100%. My measurements and the way my clothes are fitting is a better measure of how I am losing. The scale only shows weight numbers. I have been getting into clothes that I haven't worn in a long time. It's almost like having a new wardrobe. Looking forward to those being too big for me someday. Anyway just wanted to share that I am feeling pretty good.
