I am a 29 year old mom of 6 with 3 children living at home. Up until I had my last child I never had to watch what I ate or workout. I was always at a relatively "normal" weight. Now I weigh more than I ever have. I don't have a "goal weight" I simply want to be healthier. I want to be able to play with my 3yr old without gasping for breath. Feel free to "buddy" me! I want all the motivation I can get.
